Thoughts from the Bus Stop

My friends Sean & Ali have been expecting their third child. When I saw them last Sunday, Ali was already 4 days overdue. When I went to church last night I heard that the baby had arrived safely at 1am that morning...on the bathroom floor! Apparently it all happened so quickly that by the time Ali had managed to wake Sean up it was too late to get to the hospital and he had to just tear down the shower curtain and get her to lie on it. But, thank the Lord, it all went well and Mum and baby girl are fine. 9lb 14oz! Ouch...welcome to the world, Miss Amelia Avard.
